Sacred Sleep
A 5-Day Yoga Nidra Journey Back to Rest
Sacred Sleep is a gentle, five-day Yoga Nidra series designed for those who struggle with sleep, mental restlessness, or a nervous system that finds it hard to let go.
Insomnia is often not a lack of sleep, but an inability to release thoughts and tension. When the mind stays active and the body remains alert, rest does not come easily.
Yoga Nidra offers another way.
Rather than trying to fall asleep, Yoga Nidra guides you through breath, body awareness, and conscious rest — gently leading the nervous system into the brainwave states naturally associated with deep relaxation and sleep. Over time, the body is reminded that it is safe to let go.
What This Series Offers
Over five days, you are guided through a carefully paced journey that supports:
calming an overactive mind
regulating the nervous system
releasing accumulated tension
re-establishing trust in the body’s ability to rest
Each session builds on the previous one, creating a sense of safety, ease, and embodied calm.
Regular Yoga Nidra practice is known to:
support deep, restorative sleep
help counteract the effects of chronic insomnia
reduce stress and cortisol levels
support the body’s natural melatonin rhythm
help pay off accumulated sleep debt
