Hi, I'm Catja!
My life’s journey has carried me through chaos, pain, and exhaustion, and in that unraveling I found the doorway back to myself. Through yoga, meditation, yoga nidra, and womb-centered practices, I learned to listen — and now I hold space for other women to listen too: to their bodies, their stories, and their sacred power.
My Journey
For many years, I was searching for something I couldn’t quite name. I didn't feel at home in by body, I felt insecure, and overwhelmed by life. As a young woman I hid behind a shield of fake self-confidence, numbing my feelings with wine, cigarettes, and coffee — but deep inside I longed for something more.
My professional life began as a freelance translator, and later I worked for an international organization. During this time I discovered yoga, and from the very first classes, my body recognized the deep rest it had been craving — especially in savasana. Each time I lay down, my nervous system softened, and I knew I had found a practice that would change my life.
In 2011, an accident left me with chronic pain in my neck and lower back. This became a turning point: it forced me back into my body and onto a healing path. Over the years I tried countless therapies, but it was yoga, meditation, and nourishing food that truly supported me.
By 2019, years of pushing through had led me to burnout. I had no energy left, my body was aching, and I knew I couldn’t go on like this. That breakdown became my breakthrough. I immersed myself in meditation, restorative and yin yoga, mindfulness, and yoga nidra. The first 21-day yoga nidra program I practiced was life-changing, helping me to finally restore my energy and reconnect with myself.
My healing journey continues today. I have since deepened my path through tantra, somatics, and shamanic womb work. My chronic pain remains a quiet teacher — a compass reminding me when it’s time to slow down and give myself care.
Now, I am devoted to guiding women back to their bodies, their wisdom, and their feminine power — creating sacred spaces of deep rest, remembrance, and transformation.
You may find yourself here because you are tired, overwhelmed, or longing for clarity in the midst of life’s changes. Perhaps you are moving through the transitions of menopause, carrying the weight of responsibilities, or feeling echoes of old wounds in your body. Maybe you feel disconnected from your sensuality, your joy, or your sense of purpose. Or perhaps you simply feel the quiet call to pause — to rest, to breathe, and to listen.
What matters most is not where you are coming from, but your readiness to return to yourself. To soften into your body, to meet what has been hidden, and to remember the wisdom, clarity, and aliveness that has always been within you.
This work is not quick or surface-level. It is gentle yet powerful, guiding you into deep rest, embodied presence, and the courage to embrace both the beauty and the shadows of your journey. It asks for honesty, openness, and a willingness to release what no longer serves you.
If you long to come home to your body, to rediscover joy, clarity, and feminine power, and to feel held in sacred community, this space is for you.
Before stepping onto the path of yoga, healing, and women’s work, I spent many years working as a translator. While chronic pain eventually made it impossible to continue that career, my deep love for language has never left me, and I share my work in English, French, and Danish, my mother tongue.
Over the years, I have trained extensively in different kinds of yoga, somatics, tantra, and womb-centered healing. This ongoing journey of study and practice continues to deepen my own healing and inspires the work I share today.

The name Sal-Me carries ancient roots in Sumerian tradition. In the sacred temples of Sumeria, the Sal-Me were priestesses of the womb — “divine yoni women” who embodied feminine power and sacred sexuality.
In Sumerian, sal (𒊩) meant “woman” or “yoni,” while me (𒈨) referred to divine qualities or cosmic powers bestowed by the gods. Together, Sal-Me can be understood as “woman with divine properties” — the living embodiment of feminine wisdom and creative force.
The name later gave rise to Salome, remembered as a womb initiate of the mysteries, whose story was transformed and diminished over time. Yet at its origin, Sal-Me points us back to the sacred feminine as a cosmic gateway — a reminder of the divine power within every woman.
