Embodied Movement is an invitation to step out of constant doing and into a slower, more embodied rhythm. This retreat offers space to move gently, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself—without pressure, performance, or expectations.

You don’t need any prior experience. Just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to listen to your body.

A spacious and welcoming room for solo travelers who enjoy a sense of community.

Shared Room (Mezzanine)

🔹 Curtain-separated sleeping area

A simple, communal option for those comfortable with shared space.

Shared Double Room
🔹 Capacity: 1–2 adults
🔹 Private bathroom
🔹 Price: 1.370 €
Ideal for two friends, a couple, or solo occupancy

Glamping Tent
A peaceful stay close to nature, combining simplicity and comfort.

🔹 Prices:
• Shared tent: 1.250 €
• Single occupancy: 1.550 €

All prices include accommodation, all meals, snacks, and the full retreat program.

💶 Payment & Practical Information

• A deposit of 350 € is required upon registration

• The remaining balance is due no later than 1 month before the retreat

• The deposit is non-refundable
