Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative practice that brings you into a state between wakefulness and sleep. In this space, the body can relax, the mind becomes quiet, and you access deeper layers of awareness where healing and transformation can take place.

Preparation:
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Lie on your back in savasana on a yoga mat or in your bed/sofa. Use a blanket, cushion, and possibly an eye pillow so you can fully relax. Wear comfortable clothes and avoid a heavy meal just before.
