We meet six times online — a small, intimate group of women, gathered in a safe and sacred space.
Each session moves through a new theme, taking you from where you are now — lost, uncertain, disconnected — to where you are going — back to yourself, and forward into who you are becoming.
Each evening weaves together guided visualisation, embodied movement, ritual and ceremony, and honest sharing — with a simple reflection practice to carry into your week.
🌑 Session 1 — Landing in This Transition A gentle opening circle where we slow down, arrive in the body, and explore what is actually shifting in your life right now — through guided reflection, body awareness, and sharing. You begin to make sense of what you're going through, instead of feeling lost or overwhelmed — and you realise, perhaps for the first time, that you are not alone in this.
🌒 Session 2 — Reconnecting to the Body Simple somatic practices and guided awareness to reconnect with sensation, breath, and the wisdom of the body. You move out of your head and back into your body — feeling more grounded, present, and able to listen to yourself again.
🌓 Session 3 — Desire and Clarity A gentle exploration of desire — as something to rediscover through journaling, inquiry, and inner listening. You reconnect with what you actually want — beyond roles, responsibilities, and what you "should" want.
🌔 Session 4 — Self-Worth and Voice A space to explore expression, boundaries, and truth — with sharing, reflection, and practices that support speaking from a deeper place. You begin to trust your voice and feel more confident taking up space — without guilt or over-explaining yourself.
🌕 Session 5 — Pleasure and Aliveness A grounded exploration of pleasure, joy, and sensual aliveness through subtle practices, awareness, and reflection. You reconnect with feeling alive in your body — as something that is already available to you.
🌖 Session 6 — Integration and New Direction A closing circle to reflect, integrate, and anchor what has shifted — with space to sense what wants to unfold next. You leave with a deeper sense of clarity, trust, and direction — feeling more rooted in yourself as you move forward.
Six Live Online Sessions A dedicated space, twice a month, that is entirely yours. Not another thing on your to-do list — but two hours where you come back to yourself, guided and held, every step of the way.
Weekly Reflection Practice A simple practice to carry each theme into your everyday life — so the work doesn't stop when Zoom closes. Because real transformation happens in the quiet moments between sessions.
Private WhatsApp Sisterhood Circle A private circle of women available to you between sessions — so you never have to navigate this transition alone. The sisterhood that begins on Wednesday evenings continues all week long.
Two Live Yoga Nidra Sessions Deep, guided rest for your nervous system — so you can integrate everything you're moving through. Recorded and yours to keep, so you can return to them whenever you need to be held.
Personal Integration Call A private 20-minute call with Catja at the end of the six weeks — so you don't step out of the circle and back into your life alone. A space to honour how far you've come and set your intention for who you are becoming next.

This is a small, intimate circle. A maximum of 6–8 women will be welcomed. Once those spaces are filled, registration closes.
I believe deeply in the transformation this circle offers — because I have lived it myself.

I know this feeling from the inside.
There was a time when my whole life fell away at once — my children grown and gone, my career no longer possible, my friends in another country. I was completely lost. I didn't know who I was without the roles and the structure that had defined me. I didn't know where to go from there.
It was through yoga, somatic practice, yoga nidra and the quiet wisdom of women's circles that I slowly found my way back to myself. Not back to who I was before — but forward into who I was becoming. That journey is what this work is built on.
Today I am a yoga teacher, somatic educator, yoga nidra guide and women's circle facilitator with over 800 hours of specialist training — including menopause yoga, restorative yoga, womb healing, shamanic practice and circle facilitation.
I work in English, French and Danish, and I hold space for women across the world — online and in person at my retreat home in the south of France.
