Through a gentle journey between waking and dreaming, you will be invited to release tension from the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner stillness.

Held with the intention of peace and loving thought, this session is an invitation to remember that the world we experience begins within us. All you need is a comfortable place to lie down, a blanket, and an open heart.
