Preparation:
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Lie on your back in savasana on a yoga mat or in your bed/sofa. Use a blanket, cushion, and possibly an eye pillow so you can fully relax. Wear comfortable clothes and avoid a heavy meal just before.
